SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Australian orders shipped at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $20 for express shipping.  Free standard domestic shipping for orders over $120 (after any discount).  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding public holidays).  For Victorian orders please allow 1-3 business days transit for standard shipping in Melbourne metro areas and up to 5 days for rural areas.  For interstate orders, please allow 3-6 business days transit for standard shipping in metro areas and up to 8 days for rural areas.  Express post delivered next business day (within express post next business day network only and excluding public holidays).  All orders will be shipped using Australia Post E-Parcel with tracking and signature.  

International shipping available to New Zealand.  Standard shipping at a flat rate of $20 and $55.00 for express.  Free standard shipping for orders over $250 (after any discount).  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding public holidays).  Please allow 5-10 business days transit for standard post using Australia Post E-Parcel with tracking and signature. Please allow 3-4 business days transit for express shipping wih DHL express with tracking and signature.

International shipping available to the US and Canada.  Standard shipping at a flat rate of $30 and $65.00 for express.  Free standard shipping for orders over $350 (after any discount).  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding public holidays).  Please allow 5-10 business days transit for standard post using Australia Post E-Parcel with tracking and signature. Please allow 3-4 business days transit for express shipping wih DHL express with tracking and signature.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Change of Mind

Third Boi does not offer refunds but will happily exchange any full priced item for change of mind or change of size within 14 days of order receipt. Product must be returned unworn in original condition with original packaging and receipt. Customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs (see below shipping returns). Exchange will be offered on the purchase value only and must be made within same transaction (no credit notes). Third Boi does not accept any return/exchange or offer refund on sale items. Faulty Product

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please e-mail details (and photos if possible) to hello@thirdboi.com.au

Your request will be assessed by Third Boi QA and if deemed faulty, a refund for purchase price will be offered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (unless your item is deemed a genuine faulty product)

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
